    太有才啦

    这两天每天都捧着菜谱研究来研究去
    主要是好几天没吃着好的了  馋啊~~~
    今天的晚餐格外的丰盛
    说多了都是吹,有图为证 :)
     
    “宫保鸡丁”
     
     
    京酱肉丝 (单独的那张照糊了。。。。)
    兔子:我今天也差点就睡了~~ 不过为朋友两肋插刀,再困我也得写一个 :P
     
    做法:
    1、里脊肉切丝,放到碗里,打入一个鸡蛋清、加酱油、料酒抓匀腌10分钟
    2、油烧热,放入肉丝迅速打散,断生后捞出控油
    3、锅内留底油,烧热(5成),放入甜面酱、番茄酱、白糖、小火炒至冒泡,放入肉丝旺火快炒入味,淋上香油装盘
